NOVELTY - High-thermal conductivity nanocrystalline reinforced graphene composite film comprises graphene film with the thickness of 10-40 mu m, nanocrystalline particle with the diameter of 50-80 nm, high thermal conductivity silicone grease and nano-carbon copper foil with the thickness of 20-50 mu m. USE - Used as high thermal conductivity nanocrystalline reinforced graphene composite film. ADVANTAGE - The film has good protection effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing high-thermal conductivity nanocrystalline reinforced graphene composite film comprising (i) preparing the nanocrystalline nickel sheet by high pressure solid phase sintering metal powder method at a pressure of 5 GPa, sintering at 900-1200 degrees C, (ii) uniformly spraying the high thermal conductivity silicone grease on the nanocrystalline nickel sheet, (iii) then attaching and spraying the nano-carbon copper foil on the nano-crystalline nickel sheet with high thermal conductivity silicone grease, (iv) uniformly spraying the high thermal conducting silicone grease on the nano carbon copper foil, (v) then attaching and spraying the graphene film on the nano carbon copper foil with high heat conducting silicone grease.
