The negative electrode comprises a silicon-based negative electrode active material. The negative electrode active material is predoped with lithium in an amount corresponding to the initial irreversible capacity of the negative electrode. USE - Secondary battery used for electronic device for automobile and power storage system. ADVANTAGE - The secondary battery has excellent safety, energy density, cycle characteristics, charging and discharging characteristics, discharge capacity and capacity retention rate.
