NOVELTY - Graphene-based water treatment material comprises 10-20 pts. wt. modified graphene, 30-60 pts. wt. magnetic Fe3O4-Si composite nano particle, 70-120 pts. wt. cellulose fibre, the modified graphene comprises dispersing the GO in the solution of 1, 2-ethanedithiol and azodiisobutyronitrile in DMF, and stirring the mixture for 24 hours under the N2 atmosphere at 100℃, filtering, washing and vacuum drying at 80℃ overnight to obtain the thiol functionalized GO, dispersing the thiol functionalized G0 in DMF, and adding 1, 3, 5- triacryloyl hexahydro-1, 3, 5-triazine and azodiisobutyronitrile, stirring the mixture under the N2 atmosphere at 100 ° C for 24 hours, filtering, washing and vacuum drying at 80℃ overnight to obtain the modified graphene.
