NOVELTY - An environmentally-friendly cutting fluid comprises component (a), defoamer, nano-diamond oil dispersion and graphene dispersion composition. The component (a) comprises 8-10 %mass borate, 1-3 %mass triethanolamine sebacate, 8-12 %mass triethanolamine oleate, 3-7 %mass dodecenylsuccinic acid, 1-3 %mass thiourea, 0.5-2 %mass borax, 2-4 %mass Tween-80 (RTM: polyoxyethylene sorbitan monooleate), 0.5-2 %mass sodium benzoate, 0.1-1 %mass BTA, 1-4 %mass sodium carbonate and remainder of water. The addition amount of defoamer is 50x 10-6 to 100x 10-6 mol per liter of component (a). USE - Environmentally-friendly cutting fluid (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The cutting fluid is environmentally-friendly. The nano-diamond in cutting fluid has high hardness and abrasion resistance. The graphene in cutting fluid has reduced friction. The cutter using the cutting fluid has excellent durability. The work sample surface cut using the cutter has high quality. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An environmentally-friendly cutting fluid comprises component (a), defoamer, nano-diamond oil dispersion and graphene dispersion composition. The component (a) comprises 8-10 %mass borate, 1-3 %mass triethanolamine sebacate, 8-12 %mass triethanolamine oleate, 3-7 %mass dodecenylsuccinic acid, 1-3 %mass thiourea, 0.5-2 %mass borax, 2-4 %mass Tween-80 (RTM: polyoxyethylene sorbitan monooleate), 0.5-2 %mass sodium benzoate, 0.1-1 %mass BTA, 1-4 %mass sodium carbonate and remainder of water. The addition amount of defoamer is 50x 10-6 to 100x 10-6 mol per liter of component (a). The addition amount of nano-diamond oil dispersion is 100-600 mL per liter of component (a). The addition amount of graphene dispersion is 10-80 mL per liter of component (a).
