USE - Used as environmentally friendly antibacterial carpet. ADVANTAGE - The carpet is environmentally friendly, and has excellent anti-corrosion and thermal-resistant properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing environmentally friendly antibacterial carpet comprising (1) providing raw materials, (2) warp preparation, (3) preparing sterilized water, (4) weft thread soaking, (5) carpet weaving, (6) cleaning and drying, and (7) surface spraying, where in the step (1), using 30-40 pts. wt. silver nitrate solution, 20-30 pts. wt. ethanol solution, 5-10 pts. wt. potassium iodide, 20-30 pts. wt. polyacrylonitrile polymer, 2-3 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 3-5 pts. wt. lubricant, 15-20 pts. wt. deionized water, 3-5 pts. wt. high elastic polymer, 2-5 pts. wt. graphene, 5-7 pts. wt. nano-silver ion, 2-5 pts. wt. preservative and 50-70 pts. wt. cotton thread, in the step (2), taking twin-screw extruder, placing polyacrylonitrile polymer, titanium dioxide, lubricant, deionized water, highly elastic polymer and graphene into a twin-screw extruder to carrying out twin-screw melt granulation, cooling to make antibacterial warp wire masterbatch, placing antibacterial masterbatch into twin-screw extruder again for melt extrusion, warping yarn after cooling through cooling pool, in the step (3), using stirring tank, placing silver nitrate solution, ethanol solution and potassium iodide into stirred tank, stirring, mixing to obtain sterilized water, in the step (4), when sterilizing water is prepared, placing cotton thread into sterilizing water for soaking and sterilizing, soaking, and drying to make weft thread, in the step (5), loading warp thread and weft thread into weaving machine for weaving to obtain environmentally friendly antibacterial carpet, in the step (6), waving antibacterial carpet, placing antibacterial carpet of making into ultrasonic cleaning machine and carrying out ultrasonic cleaning, and drying, and in the step (7), cleaning and drying antibacterial carpet, dropping nano-silver ion and preservative into it with a stirring tank, stirring to make coating liquid for subsequent use, where rotating speed of the stirring tank is 120-150 revolutions/minute, and the stirring time is 5-7 minutes, utilizing spray gun to spray prepared coating solution on antibacterial carpet.
