▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of layered barium ferrite/reduced graphene oxide composite absorbing material involves mixing anhydrous ethanol, butanone, trioleic acid glyceride and obtaining a mixed solvent, then adding polyvinyl butyral, dibutyl phthalate and polyethylene glycol, adding random barium-iron oxide powder, orienting, milling and obtaining layer (A), mixing anhydrous ethanol, butanone and trioleic acid glyceride evenly, then adding polyvinyl butyral, dibutyl phthalate and polyethylene glycol and mixing, then adding reduced graphene oxide, ball-milling and obtaining layer (B). USE - Preparation of layered barium ferrite/reduced graphene oxide composite absorbing material for electromagnetic wave-absorbing material. ADVANTAGE - The method efficiently and economically provides layered barium ferrite/reduced graphene oxide composite absorbing material, having excellent electromagnetic wave-absorbing material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of layered barium ferrite/reduced graphene oxide composite absorbing material involves mixing anhydrous ethanol, butanone, trioleic acid glyceride and obtaining a mixed solvent, then adding polyvinyl butyral, dibutyl phthalate and polyethylene glycol and mixing evenly, then adding random barium-iron oxide (BaFe12O19) powder, orienting, wet-ball-milling and obtaining layer (A), mixing anhydrous ethanol, butanone and trioleic acid glyceride evenly and obtaining a mixed solvent, then adding polyvinyl butyral, dibutyl phthalate and polyethylene glycol and mixing, then adding reduced graphene oxide, ball-milling and obtaining layer (B). The mass ratio of random powder to oriented powder is 70-90:10-30. The mass ratio of the total powder of the random powder and the oriented powder to reduced graphene oxide is 5-7:0.1-0.5.
