NOVELTY - A porous graphene has macroporous and mesoporous structure, and has tap density of 0.3-0.5 g/mL. USE - Porous graphene is used as electrode material of super capacitor. ADVANTAGE - The porous graphene has high specific surface area and density. The capacitor obtained using porous graphene has excellent charging and discharging characteristics. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of porous graphene, which involves mixing two or more graphite flakes having different sizes, oxidizing, forming graphene by subjecting to expanded graphite pre-oxidation treatment, forming microporous pore graphene by mixing activator (a1) at 400-800 degrees C and heating for 0.5-4 hours, and passing obtained graphene through mixed acid, mixing with activator (a2) at 600-1000 degrees C and heating for 5-48 hours.
