NOVELTY - Fashionable and environmentally friendly cloth bag comprises 50-60 pts. wt. modified polyurethane emulsion, 5-8 pts. wt. antibacterial materials, 5-8 pts. wt. corrosion-resistant materials, and 2-4 pts. wt. coupling agent; among them: antibacterial materials are chitosan and tea polyphenol composite material. The preparation method of the fashionable and environment-friendly cloth bag includes (i) preparing modified polyurethane emulsion, antibacterial material and corrosion resistant material in sequence; (ii) adding the prepared modified polyurethane emulsion, antibacterial material and corrosion-resistant material into the internal mixer to mix, then adding the coupling agent, stirring and kneading for 40-60 minutes, then adding carbon dioxide and increasing the pressure, and heat preserving for 2-4 hours, returning to normal pressure, and heating to 260-300 degrees C, and then spinning to obtain bag fiber. USE - Used as fashionable and environmentally friendly cloth bag.
