▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The method involves selecting a paper as a flexible substrate, where filter paper or charcoal drawing paper. A photosensitive polymer material is used as an imprint mold. A paper-based flexible graphene electrode is prepared by adopting laser engraving technology, where the flexible graphene electrode is packed into a paper-based flexible graphene ultra capacitor. A stamping die is selected as a photosensitive stamping die and made of photosensitive polymer material, such as resin polymer. The impression mold is made of dimethyl silicone polymer and formed as a protective layer. USE - Paper-based flexible graphene ultra capacitor preparing method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables realizing simple and easy flexible graphene ultra capacitor preparing process, reducing ultra capacitor preparing cost, improving production efficiency and flexibility, and realizing micro capacitor patch function in an easy manner.
