NOVELTY - Preparing tin oxide copper oxide (SnO2/CuO) composite graphene coated cotton carbon fiber material involves immersing natural cotton in graphene oxide (GO) solution, freeze-drying to obtain graphene oxide coated cotton fibers. The stannous chloride and copper nitrate are dissolved in an anhydrous ethanol solution, and the graphene oxide coated cotton fiber is immersed in the solution, put into the furnace, pass the protective gas, and heat it at 300-1500 degrees C for 1-10 hours, heating is stopped, continued to pass the shielding gas, and waited until furnace temperature is lowered to room temperature to obtain SnO2/CuO composite graphene coated cotton carbon fiber material, and take out the sample. USE - Method for preparing tin oxide copper oxide composite graphene coated cotton carbon fiber material.
