NOVELTY - The grating has a composite structure provided with two dielectric layers (A,B), where arrangement rule of the composite structure depends on the dielectric layers and a Bragg grating (M). The Bragg grating is provided with a single-layer graphene and a a third dielectric layer (C), where an incident surface and an emitting surface of the Bragg grating are single-layer graphene and the first dielectric layer, the second dielectric layer and the third dielectric layer are made of silicon dioxide non-light tight material. USE - Graphene array-based distributed feedback Bragg grating. ADVANTAGE - The grating ensures filtering function of a composite structure.
