DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparing the hydrotalcite-loaded graphene flame retardant, comprising mixing graphene oxide dispersion and nitrate mixed solution, adding alkaline water solution and reducing agent, reacting at 40-90 degrees C for 4-8 hours, stirring, filtering, and drying; carrying out co-precipitation.
