▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves mixing graphite and metal soluble inorganic salt according to a pre-determined proportion in an organic solvent to obtain positive charge of graphene solution electric pulse. An electric conduction base plate is fixed with a cathode and an anode. Electric field is added to perform deposition of positive charge in the cathode. The cathode is doped with a metal of a graphene thin film. Graphene thin film drying process is performed by utilizing a graphene field emitting cathode. USE - Graphene field emitting cathode preparing method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables realizing high conductivity, high electric transmission rate and high local electric field intensity of a graphene surface and reducing metal nano-particle roughness rate.
