NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene/polyimide copolymer thermal conductive film material involves preparing oxidized graphene by improved Hummers method, preparing amino-functionalized graphene by amidation reaction, condensing amino-functionalized graphene with pyromellitic anhydride, preparing composite polyimide precursor, pressing obtained precursor into a film by hot-press film formation, and sintering at high temperature. USE - Preparation of graphene/polyimide copolymer thermal conductive film material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method efficiently and economically provides graphene/polyimide copolymer thermal conductive film material having excellent compatibility and thermal resistance, with reduced consumption of energy.
