NOVELTY - The method involves placing a raw material graphite into a stripping device for stripping. An organic solution is carried out in a silicon chip for ultrasonic dispersion. The silicon chip is put into the organic solution, and allowed to stand for more than two hours. A silicon sheet covered on the graphene is taken out using a blade. The graphene particles are manufactured uniformly with stable property. The stripping device is included with a stripping motor that is installed at a bottom of a stripping box. A screen stencil is horizontally mounted on the stripping box. The diameter of the screen stencil is gradually reduced from top to bottom. The screen stencil divides the stripping box into a primary stripping zone, a secondary stripping zone and a tertiary stripping zone. A separating module is equidistantly arranged on an inner portion of the stripping box. The separating module is used for multistage stripping of a graphene raw material. USE - Method for manufacturing graphene. ADVANTAGE - The residual waste caused by the graphene is prevented, and the collecting efficiency of the graphene is improved.
