NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene electric heating plate involves (1) using 300-400 mesh natural flake graphite as raw material, using hydrogen peroxide and perchloric acid as the oxidant and intercalation agent, oxidizing, performing intercalation and high temperature expansion treatment of natural flake graphite, adding expanded natural flake graphite into autoclave for supercritical treatment, obtaining pretreated natural flake graphite, (2) subjecting the natural flake graphite pretreated in step (1) to ultrasonic treatment for 3-4 hours, adding acrylic acid and ultrasonically processing for 2 hours, using three-roll mill for grinding, filtering to obtain graphene conductive ink, and (3) spraying the graphene conductive ink obtained in step (2) onto the surface of the aluminum plate at a temperature of 80-100° C. USE - Preparation of graphene electric heating plate. ADVANTAGE - The method uses graphene as conductive ink, which improves the heating temperature of the electric heating plate, makes the heating more uniform, improves heating rate and improves heat conversion efficiency while the power consumption is reduced. The graphene produced by the electric heating plate will be accompanied by the generation of far-infrared rays during the heating process, which has an excellent effect on heating of living organisms and heating of food.
