NOVELTY - Preparing light-transmitting coating involves weighing 20-30 pts. wt. graphene, 10-20 pts. wt. nano zinc oxide powder, 5-10 pts. wt. conductive black carbon, 10-20 pts. wt. cyclohexanone, 5-10 pts. wt. dimethylacetamide, 1-5 pts. wt. thermoplastic phenolic resin, 10-15 pts. wt. silicone oil, 5-10 pts. wt. chromic acid, 1-5 pts. wt. dibutyl phthalate, 10-15 pts. wt. acrylic resin, 1-5 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, 1-5 pts. wt. leveling agent, 1-5 pts. wt. defoamer, 5-10 pts. wt. thinner, 1-5 pts. wt. dispersant, 1-5 pts. wt. stabilizer, mixing graphene, nano zinc oxide powder, conductive black carbon, cyclohexanone, dimethylacetamide and thermoplastic phenolic resin to prepare a mixed slurry. The mixed slurry is sheared and dispersed at a speed of 800-1000 rpm for 30-50 minutes, then the speed is adjusted to 1000-1200 rpm, and silicone oil.
