USE - Used as aqueous radiating coating of aminated graphene. ADVANTAGE - The coating: improves the dispersion of graphene in organic matrix; has high conductivity; makes the coating more stable; has excellent performance; and is effective for radiators. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for Preparing the aqueous radiating coating of aminated graphene, comprising (i) placing fluffy flake graphite, concentrated sulfuric acid, concentrated phosphoric acid, potassium permanganate in an ultrasonic water bath, reacting under mechanical stirring, using hydrogen peroxide for reducing the unreacted oxides, and then using hydrochloric acid, centrifuging the deionized water and washing to pH 6.5-7, and then washing with absolute ethanol, drying filter cake at 60-80degreesC for 18-28 hours to obtain brown product, which is graphene oxide, combining graphene oxide with gamma-aminopropyltriethoxysilane, chloroform, reacting toluene under mechanical stirring, washing excess gamma-aminopropyltriethoxysilane with chloroform, fully drying solid substance at 50-70degreesC for 18-28h to obtain aminated graphene oxide, reacting aminated graphene oxide with the reducing agent hydrazine hydrate until the aminated graphene oxide is reduced, washing with absolute ethanol and deionized water for many times, drying the product at 60-100 degreesC for 18-28 hours to obtain aminated graphene, (ii) mixing the silane coupling agent with absolute ethanol in a volume ratio of 1:18-25, adding carbon nanotube particles, dispersing under ultrasonic and mechanical stirring, and controlling the pH value to 3-4, vacuum filtering, washing the filter cake with anhydrous ethanol by ultrasonic-filtration for multiple times, removing excess silane coupling agent, vacuum drying at 60-80degreesC for 18-24 hours to obtain modified carbon nanotubes, (iii) adding the graphene dispersion slurry includes graphene amide, aqueous acrylic emulsion, modified carbon nanotube particles, conductive carbon black, first auxiliary agent, grinding medium and the deionized water, ball milling at stirring rate of 1500-3000 revolutions/minute for 6-18 hours, and filtering to obtain graphene dispersion slurry, aminated graphene aqueous heat-dissipating coating combines the formulation amount of aqueous resin, aqueous amino resin, deionized water and the second auxiliary agent to the obtained graphene dispersion slurry, stirring at speed of 800-1500 revolutions/minute, and the stirring for 2-4 hours, uniformly dispersing and stirring to obtain aqueous graphene heat-dissipating coating.
