▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A nanographene composite wave-absorbing material comprises (wt.%) graphene (15-95) and nanoparticle depositing material (5-85) including metal or metal oxide. The metal or metal oxide nanoparticles are deposited on surface and interlayer of graphene. The graphene has thickness of 0.335-5 nm, and structure that is single layer or multilayer. The nanoparticle depositing material has particle size of 1-200 nm, and structure that is single crystal or polycrystal. USE - A nanographene composite wave-absorbing material. ADVANTAGE - The graphene composite wave-absorbing material has stable performance, thin depth, low density, corrosion resistance, simple manufacturing method and good wave-absorbing capability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of nanographene composite wave-absorbing material, comprising: (A) dissolving 10-1000 pts.wt. metal salt and 10-500 pts.wt. additive in 1000 pts.wt. deionized water, and adjusting pH vale of solution at 3-6; (B) putting 1-200 pts.wt. graphene in solution and ultrasonically dispersing for 10-40 minutes to obtain graphene mixture; (C) electrodepositing graphene mixture at 20-90 degrees C for 10 minutes to 20 hours with current density of 3-60 A/dm2 to obtain metal and graphene composite wave-absorbing material; and (D) putting metal and graphene composite wave-absorbing material in tubular furnace, charging air flow at 100-500 degrees C, reacting for 2-30 hours to obtain metal oxide and graphene composite wave-absorbing material. The additive comprises lauryl sodium sulfate or saccharin, sodium allyl sulfonate, diethylene triamine penta(methylene phosphonic acid), polyethylene glycol, ammonium chloride, sodium sulfite, potassium citrate, boric acid, potassium bromide and/or magnesium sulfate.
