NOVELTY - Graphene rubber elastic polymer material comprises 45-50 pts. wt. natural rubber, 15-19 pts. wt. styrene-butadiene rubber, 10-14 pts. wt. ethylene-octene copolymer, 13-16 pts. wt. ethylene-butyl acrylate copolymer, 16-20 pts. wt. ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, 2.4-3.0 pts. wt. graphene, 6.5-8.5 pts. wt. silane coupling agent modified glass fibre, 1.6-2.1 pts. wt. foaming agent, 0.82-0.95 pts. wt. micro regulator, 1.8-2.2 pts. wt. bridging agent, 2-4 pts. wt. polyethylene wax, 3-5 pts. wt. maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene, 1.8-2.4 pts. wt. crosslinking agent , 3.5-5.5 pts. wt. antioxidant and 3-4 pts. wt. heat stabilizer, where the graphene is a nano-graphene microsheet. The micropore regulator is a mixture of zinc formate and zinc isooctanoate. The cross-linking agent is a mixture of sulfur, 1,1-bis(tert-butylperoxy)-3,3,5-trimethylcyclohexane and zinc diacrylate. USE - Graphene rubber elastic polymer material. ADVANTAGE - The graphene rubber elastic polymer material has high elasticity, good rebound resilience and flexibility and very low compression permanent deformation rate at (-)40 degrees C. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing a graphene rubber elastic polymer material, which involves: (A) weighing natural rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, ethylene-octene copolymer, ethylene-butyl acrylate copolymer, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, graphene, silane coupling agent modified glass fiber, foaming agent, microsheet regulator, bridging agent, polyethylene wax, maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene, cross-linking agent, antioxidant and heat stabilizer; (B) feeding the natural rubber into the internal mixer, smelting for 12-14 minutes at 144-148 degrees C, discharging, storing at room temperature for greater than or equal to 48 hours, and reserving; (C) transferring glass modified with natural rubber and styrene-butadiene rubber, ethylene-octene copolymer, ethylene-butyl acrylate copolymer, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, graphene, silane coupling agent modified glass fibre, polyethylene wax, and maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene into the mixer together and mixing for 11-14 minutes at 90-95 degrees C; (D) adding foaming agent, microsheet regulator, bridging agent, cross-linking agent, antioxidant and heat stabilizer, mixing at 105-110 degrees C for 9-12 minutes, banburying at 120-125 degrees C for 9-12 minutes to obtain composite rubber mixture; (E) transferring mixture to an open kneader, thinning for 2-4 times on the open mill to obtain open kneaded rubber mixture; and (F) transferring open-kneaded rubber mixture to a mold, hot-pressing, cooling and sampling to obtain final product.
