▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Method of increasing cellulose crystal size involves providing a mixture of at least one solvent comprising at least one ionic compound and a first composition comprising cellulose; and coagulating the mixture with a second composition comprising hydrogen peroxide and increasing cellulose crystal size. USE - The method is useful for increasing cellulose crystal size and producing a cellulose-containing material used in a variety of applications, comprising as materials in automobiles, airplanes, construction materials and packaging, used alone or in combination with other non-biocomposite materials such as carbon fiber. ADVANTAGE - The method can control the various properties of biocomposite materials and provides the cellulose-containing material which is suitable for manufacturing cellulose-based insulators, aerogels, electrolyte membranes suitable for use in batteries, antibacterial membranes; biologically compatible membranes suitable for tissue engineering applications, comprising production of in vitro meats for consumer use; and separation and filtration membranes for heavy metal filtration from water and sewage systems. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a cellulose-containing material produced by the method.
