NOVELTY - A promyelocytic leukemia PML/RAR alpha fusion gene detecting method involves utilizing carbon-dots-graphene oxide composites assembled electrochemical DNA biosensor by preparing Carbon dot-graphene oxide composites, constructing electrochemical DNA biosensor using methylene blue before and after hybridization intensity of the current to achieve the detection of the target gene. USE - Method for detecting promyelocytic leukemia PML/RAR alpha fusion gene. ADVANTAGE - The constructed DNA sensor has good selectivity and high sensitivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a carbon-dots-graphene oxide composites assembled electrochemical DNA biosensors.
