NOVELTY - The diode has a diode main body connected with an ITO anode, a hole transport layer, a barrier layer, a light emitting layer, an electron transport layer, an electron injection layer and a metal cathode. The hole transport layer is made of gold nano-particles and graphene oxide composite structure or a NPB,polystyrene sulfonate, carbazoyl-ylphenyl-amine, phenyl-cyclohexane, hexylthiophene-Thermoplastic/Molybdenum trioxide materials. The blocking layer is made of carbazoyl-ylphenyl-amine, ethylenedioxythiophene- polystyrene sulfonate materials. The light emitting layer is made of aluminum material. The electric transmission layer is made of aluminum or Bathophenanthroline materials. USE - Gold nano-particles and graphene oxide modified composite structure organic light-emitting diode. ADVANTAGE - The diode realizes simple preparation process, better repeatability, low operation cost and wide application prospect.
