NOVELTY - Preparing graphene layered silicate hybrid material involves mixing graphene oxide dispersion with plant polyphenol solution uniformly, and then adding layered silicate, and fully stirring under heating at a temperature of 50-90 degrees C, preferably 60-80 degrees C for 6-15 hours, preferably 8-10 hours to obtain desired product, where graphene oxide, plant polyphenol, and layered silicate are mixed in the weight ratio of 1: (0.5-1): (0.1-1). USE - Method for preparing graphene layered silicate hybrid material used in graphene-modified heat-resistant PE-RT tube and used for preparing hot water pipeline system and pipe fittings. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene layered silicate hybrid material in a simple manner, which has excellent mechanical performance, high temperature creep resistance, heat aging resistance and extrusion processing performance of heat resistance PE-RT pipe material, and is suitable for industrial production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) graphene-modified heat-resistant PE-RT tube comprises graphene layered silicate hybrid material, 0.02-1 parts antioxidant, and 0.1-3 parts graphene layered silicate nano hybrid material in 100 parts PE-RT; and (2) method for preparing graphene-modified heat-resistant PE-RT tube, which involves adding antioxidant, graphene/layered silicate hybrid material, and PE-RT to high-speed mixer, then stirring at high speed for 10-30 minutes, releasing the material, and adding to the twin-screw extruder for extrusion, where main screw speed is adjusted to 100-300 revolutions, and adjusting the temperature of the barrel to 170-200 degrees C, temperature of the second zone is 175-205 degrees C, temperature of the three zone is adjutsed to 180-210 degrees C, temperature of the four zone is 185-215 degrees C and temperature in the firth zone is 180-210 degrees C, and the temperature of the head is 175-205 degrees C to obtain graphene-modified heat-resistant PE-RT masterbatch is obtained; adding PE-RT, graphene modified heat-resistant PE-RT masterbatch to high-speed mixer, and stirring at high speed for 5-10 minutes, then releasing the material, and adding it to the single-screw extruder, where the main screw speed is adjuated to 300-500 revolutions/minute, temperature of the barrel is set 170-200 degrees C, temperature of the second zone is 175-205 degrees C, temperature of the third zone is 180-210 degrees C, temperature of the fourth zone is 185-215 degrees C, and temperature of the fifth zone is 180-210 degrees C, and head temperature is set to 175-205 degrees C.
