NOVELTY - The panel (100) has a display assembly (110) that is provided with a display substrate and multiple first connection terminals electrically connected to the display substrate. The display component is arranged on a driving backplane (120). The driving backplane is provided with a connection circuit layer. The connection circuit layer is provided with multiple second connection terminals bound to the first connection terminals. A driving integrated circuit (130) is electrically connected to the second connection terminal. The driving integrated circuit sequentially transmits signals to the first connection terminal and the display substrate through the second connection terminal, so as to drive the display substrate to emit light. USE - Spliced display panel for use in display device (claimed). Uses include but are not limited to a mobile phone, flat plate, notebook computer, large size household appliance, electronic product, automobile and medical treatment. ADVANTAGE - High resolution and high refresh rate of flexible organic LED can be realized. The display device with large-size seamless splicing display and multi-form splicing display can be realized. The size of the frame can be reduced by not providing the driving function layer or arranging the driving function layer and/or the driving integrated circuit in the communication circuit layer of the driving backboard,, and even zero-frame splicing is achieved.
