▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Laser-induced graphene (LIG) material, comprises chitosan oligosaccharide as a precursor material. The precursor material is subjected to laser induction to obtain the LIG material. The laser is an infrared laser, preferably the laser adopts the carbon dioxide laser in the infrared laser. The doping raw material used in the process of preparing the mixed solution is coke, charcoal, graphite, graphene oxide, cellulose or lignin. USE - The LIG material is useful in semiconductor manufacturing or packaging (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The LIG material has high efficiency, low production cost, and can be prepared in simple and easy manner, and is convenient for industrial application. The raw material can be biologically compatible, biodegradable, is an environment-friendly reagent, and does not need any chemical treatment, e.g. not needing flame-retardant treatment. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a preparation method of LIG material. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a text flow chart illustrating the preparation method of LIG material (Drawing includes non-English language text).
