NOVELTY - Preparation of 2-amino-6-thiocarbonyldihydropyridine derivative (I) involves using aromatic aldehydes, malononitriles and isothiocyanates as starting materials in a one-step reaction under the catalysis of amino-functionalized graphene oxide. USE - Preparation of 2-amino-6-thiocarbonyldihydropyridine derivative (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple and efficient preparation of 2-amino-6-thiocarbonyldihydropyridine derivative having excellent yield and purity.
