NOVELTY - A graphene-containing wear-resistant fluororubber comprises 100 pts. wt. fluororubber, 0.05-20 pts. wt. graphene, 0.1-15 pts. wt. nano-diamond powder having average particle diameter of 2-100 nm and maximum particle size of not more than 500 nm, and 6-20 pts. wt. filler. The graphene-containing wear-resistant fluororubber is prepared by mixing fluororubber, graphene, nano-diamond powder and filler at 60-110 degrees C for 20-200 minutes in a mixer, adding curing agent and vulcanizing at high temperature. USE - Graphene-containing wear-resistant fluororubber (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene-containing wear-resistant fluororubber has improved mechanical properties, gas barrier properties and thermal properties and low friction coefficient.
