NOVELTY - The device has multiple graphene layers (2) arranged with a surface of a silicon layer (1). An insulating layer is arranged among multiple graphene layers and covered with a conductive layer (3). The Silicon layer is formed with a P-well region. The conductive layer is arranged with the P-well region through the insulating layer. The P-well region is arranged with a connecting switch. Multiple graphene layers and the Silicon layer are arranged with Graphene on silicon. The insulating layer is arranged with a Silicon Oxide layer. USE - Voltage regulation-based reconfigurable terahertz wave ultra-diffraction focusing device. ADVANTAGE - The device solves problem of terahertz wave ultra-diffraction focusing.
