NOVELTY - A graphene oxide sheet dispersed metal nanoparticles are dispersed in solution and mixed, to obtain mixture. The obtained mixture is rotated in a vacuum centrifuge, to obtain metal nanoparticle-graphene oxide composite film. The obtained metal nanoparticle-graphene oxide composite film is reduced, to obtain reduced graphene oxide-metal nanoparticle composite film. USE - Manufacture of reduced graphene oxide-metal nanoparticle composite film used for biosensor (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The reduced graphene oxide-metal nanoparticle composite film is efficiently manufactured. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for chemical substance detecting method.
