▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene antistatic aqueous polyurethane material, comprises 2-3 pts. wt. graphene, 1-1.2 pts. wt. antistatic agent, 2-3 pts. wt. curing agent and 25-30 pts. wt. aqueous polyurethane. USE - Used as graphene antistatic aqueous polyurethane material. ADVANTAGE - The material is economical, and meets the requirement of mass production. The method uses graphene with high specific surface area which cause less damage to the mechanical property of the polyurethane matrix and increases the conductive channel formation performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for: preparing the graphene antistatic aqueous polyurethane material, comprising (a) adding graphene into aqueous polyurethane, mechanically stirring for 30 minutes, (b) adding the mixed material into a sand mill, sand milling, setting the rotating speed of the sand mill to be 1000 revolutions/minute, (c) filtering the mixed material obtained in the step (c) by a filter cloth, and removing large impurities and agglomerated particles, (d) weighing the mixed material obtained in the step (c), where addition amount of the mixed material is maintained at 27-33 pts. wt., (e) detecting the moisture content of the mixed material obtained in the step (d) and properly adjusting, (f) adding antistatic agent in the mixed material prepared in the step (e), and mechanically stirring, and (g) adding curing agent in the mixed material obtained in step (f), and mechanically stirring.
