NOVELTY - Preparing aqueous disinfection emulsion for radioactive contaminants involves preparing viscosity adjusting liquid by taking starch, cellulose and distilled water according to mass ratio of 1:80-120; gelatinizing at 60-80 degrees C for 10-30 minutes and mixing, and under same temperature conditions, continuing to gelatinize for 20-40 minutes; preparing adsorption component liquid involves wetting absorbent material and distilled water according to mass ratio of 1:80-120 for 20-40 minutes; preparing acrylic conformal coating (ACC) component liquid involves mixing prepared viscosity adjustment liquid and adsorption component liquid at mass ratio of 1-3:1 at room temperature for 20-40 minutes, then ultrasonically vibrating for 20-40 minutes; continuing stirring for 0.5-1.5 hours. USE - Method for preparing aqueous disinfection emulsion for radioactive contaminants used for diffusion control and suppression pretreatment of radioactive sedimentation dust in radioactive contaminated areas (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare aqueous disinfection emulsion for radioactive contaminants with uniform dispersion, good storage stability, and used at any time. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing aqueous disinfection emulsion for radioactive contaminants involves preparing viscosity adjusting liquid by taking starch, cellulose and distilled water according to mass ratio of 1:80-120; gelatinizing at 60-80 degrees C for 10-30 minutes and mixing, and under same temperature conditions, continuing to gelatinize for 20-40 minutes; preparing adsorption component liquid involves wetting absorbent material and distilled water according to mass ratio of 1:80-120 for 20-40 minutes; preparing acrylic conformal coating (ACC) component liquid involves mixing previously prepared viscosity adjustment liquid and adsorption component liquid at mass ratio of 1-3:1 at room temperature for 20-40 minutes, and then ultrasonically vibrating for 20-40 minutes; and continuing stirring for 0.5-1.5 hours; mixing 100 pts. wt. resin emulsion, 1-30 pts. wt. ACC component liquid, 0.1-1 pts. wt. preservative, 0.5-1 pts. wt. acid-base regulator, 0.05-0.2 pts. wt. defoamer and 0.2-1 pts. wt. antifreeze uniformly under action of mechanical stirring to prepare anti-control emulsion. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for using aqueous disinfection emulsion for radioactive contaminants, which involves: (A) preparing radioactive contaminant aqueous disinfectant emulsion; (B) determining area of contaminated emergency response target area, and surface characteristics in accordance with requirements of radioactive pollution control, and suppression in emergency response to nuclear accident; (C) selecting operating machinery, or equipment according to characteristics of surface, and task requirements, where task requirements are diffusion control, and suppression pretreatment of radioactive fallout dust in radioactive contaminated area, and natural environmental conditions; (D) following task requirements according to diffusion control amount of 1.0-1.2 kg/m2, spreading radioactive contaminants aqueous disinfection emulsion uniformly on surface of emergency treatment target area to suppress migration of contaminants covering target area, diffusing, or resuspending, and forming copolymer film embedding radioactive contaminants on surface of target area; and achieving rapid suppression of radioactive pollutants; and (E) preparing for later disposal, and suppression.
