▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The sensor (100) has multiple electrodes (121, 122) connected to a core (110). Resistance value of a variable resistor (130) is changed based on a control signal (CL). Thin film-type palladium material and thin film-type graphene material are coated on the core. A main body is coated with graphene coating solution and palladium coating solution in a piezo transducer. The variable resistor obtains offset resistance value. A fixing part is inserted into an inner structure of a housing to fix the core to the housing. The housing protects the core and the electrodes. USE - Hydrogen detection sensor. ADVANTAGE - The sensor accurately performs hydrogen detection process with low cost. The sensor is smaller in size, and has simple structure.
