NOVELTY - The method for producing graphene foam, involves carrying out catalytic pyrolysis of carbon precursors on the calcined ore template by chemical vapor deposition, forming continuous three-dimensional graphene macromolecule and subsequently etching the template to obtain three-dimensional graphene foam. USE - Method for producing graphene foam used for supercapacitor electrode material, battery electrode material, thermal phase change material, flexible electronic material, chemical gas sensor, water purification material, gas purification material, thermal management material and reinforcement composite material (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables production of graphene with high porosity, multi-level characteristics of pore size distribution, excellent thermal conductivity, low density and high specific surface area.
