NOVELTY - A composite armor coating comprises 90-100 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 15-20 pts. wt. deionized water, 15-17 pts. wt. graphene sheets, 10-20 pts. wt. graphene dispersion, 3-5 pts. wt. leveling agent, 5-7 pts. wt. wetting and dispersing agent, 35-40 pts. wt. ethanol solvent, 20-25 pts. wt. anionic acrylic emulsion, 16-18 pts. wt. defoamer, 30-50 pts. wt. preservatives, 8-16 pts. wt. curing agent, 20-36 pts. wt. polyaniline, 10-30 pts. wt. film forming aid, 12-15 pts. wt. isooctyl ester, 5-8 pts. wt. thickener, 10-15 pts. wt. dimethyl ester, 10-15 pts. wt. mold releasing preservative, 5-10 pts. wt. toughening agent and 15-20 pts. wt. silane coupling agent. USE - Composite armor coating for automobile chassis. ADVANTAGE - The composite armor coating increases the penetration distance of corrosive medium in the coating, achieves anti-corrosion function and enhances the corrosion resistance of the coating in humid environment and prolongs the service life of automobile chassis. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of composite armor coating which involves placing epoxy resin, deionized water, graphene dispersion, isooctyl ester and dimethyl ester in vacuum stirring dissolver, stirring at a speed of 900 rpm to form mixed solution, adding preservative, mold releasing preservative, thickener and silane coupling agent to the mixed solution, placing in a vacuum spiral agitation differentiation machine for high speed stirring, differentiating for 30-50 minutes to form a uniform mixed slurry, placing uniform mixed slurry into micro-sanding mill through vacuum extractor and grinding to a fineness of less than or equal to 15 mu m.
