▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Composite particulate has diameter of 10 nm-50 mum and comprises anode active material particles that are dispersed in high-elasticity polymer matrix or encapsulated by high-elasticity polymer shell. The high-elasticity polymer matrix or shell has recoverable elastic tensile strain no less than 5%, when measured without additive or reinforcement dispersed, and lithium-ion conductivity no less than 10-8 S/cm at room temperature. The high-elasticity polymer comprises polymer derived from monomer selected from phosphates, phosphonates, phosphoric acids, phosphorous acid, phosphites, phosphoric acids, combinations with phosphazenes. USE - Composite particulate used for lithium battery in form of high-elasticity polymer-protected particles. ADVANTAGE - The composite particulate has recoverable elastic tensile strain and highly flame-resistant, improves electrical conductivity, and reduces cell's ability to store lithium ions. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: 1. an anode, which comprises multiple composite particulates as anode material; 2. a method for producing anode, which involves: a. dispersing multiple particles of an anode active material and conductive additive in precursor polymer solution to form suspension, where precursor solution comprises curing agent dissolved or dispersed in reactive liquid medium that comprises monomer or oligomer, where monomer or oligomer is selected from vinyl sulfite, ethylene carbonate, methyl methacrylate, vinyl acetate, fluorinated monomers having unsaturation for polymerization, sulfones, sulfides, nitriles, sulfates, siloxanes, silanes, and combinations; b. dispensing and depositing layer of suspension onto solid substrate surface; and c. curing monomer or oligomer to form anode; 3. a lithium battery, which comprises anode, cathode, and electrolyte in ionic contact with anode and cathode; 4. a method for manufacturing multiple composite particulates, which involves: a. dispersing multiple particles of anode active material in precursor polymer solution to form suspension, embedding and immersing particles in precursor solution, which comprises curing agent dissolved or dispersed in reactive liquid medium that comprises monomer or oligomer, where monomer or oligomer is selected from vinyl sulfite, ethylene carbonate, methyl methacrylate, vinyl acetate, fluorinated monomers having unsaturation for polymerization, sulfones, sulfides, nitriles, sulfates, siloxanes, silanes, and combinations; b. operating secondary particle-forming procedure to shape suspension into multiple droplets and remove liquid solvent from droplets; and c. curing monomer or oligomer to form composite particulates, where particulate comprises multiple anode active material particles that are dispersed and embedded in polymer matrix or encapsulated by polymer shell.
