NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-silicon cathode material with cycle stability of lithium battery involves adding graphene oxide powder and nano-silicon powder into de-ionized water, adding dispersant for ultrasonic dispersing for 30 minutes, adding thickening agent, stirring and mixing uniformly, preparing into slurry, adding the slurry obtained in the into a mechanical ball mill, ball milling for 1-4 hours, after finishing ball milling, adding terephthalic acid to the slurry, continuously ball milling for 1-2 hours to obtain the slurry after ball milling, placing the slurry after ball milling in a water bath pot, heating for 24-48 hours by water bath after sealing, centrifugally separating and drying to obtain powder, annealing the powder obtained for 3-6 hours in the reducing atmosphere, washing, drying to obtain the graphene-silicon cathode material powder. USE - The method used for preparing graphene-silicon cathode material of lithium battery circulation stability. ADVANTAGE - The method enables fixing the nano silicon powder by highly cross-linked graphene oxide so as to effectively disperse the nano silicon powder in the cathode material, effectively inhibit volume expansion and improve cycle performance of the material.
