NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene/epoxy resin composite material involves mixing graphene into distilled water, adding dispersant and toughening agent, ultrasonically dispersing for 2-8 hours, filtering, compacting to form a graphene paper film, making parallel cuts on the surface using graphene paper film, applying tensile stress at both ends to build three-dimensional graphene, fixing in the casting mold, mixing epoxy resin and curing agent, warming to make the mixture, injecting into the casting mold, densifying, and drying the graphene/epoxy resin composite system in a constant temperature oven. USE - Preparation of graphene/epoxy resin composite material. ADVANTAGE - The process is simple, easy to scale-up and is convenient. The prepared composite material has excellent conductivity even when reduced amount of graphene is contained, and excellent mechanical strength and deformation properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene/epoxy resin composite material involves (S1) mixing graphene into distilled water in a mass ratio of 1:20-1:100, adding dispersant and toughening agent, ultrasonically dispersing for 2-8 hours, vacuum-filtering, compacting to form a graphene paper film, (S2) making parallel cuts on the surface using graphene paper film, applying tensile stress at both ends to build three-dimensional graphene, fixing the three-dimensional graphene in the casting mold, (S3) mixing epoxy resin and curing agent, warming to make the mixture have excellent fluidity, injecting into the casting mold, densifying to form a graphene/epoxy resin composite system, and (S4) drying the graphene/epoxy resin composite system in a constant temperature oven.
