▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Nucleic acid detection method based on CRISPR-Cas trans-cleavage and graphene field-effect transistor comprises using a graphene field effect transistor to amplify the Cas12b trans-cleavage detection signal in solution to detect monkeypox virus nucleic acid. USE - The method is useful for nucleic acid detection based on CRISPR-Cas trans-cleavage and graphene field-effect transistor. ADVANTAGE - The method realizes ultra-sensitive detection of target DNA, has short detection time and high sensitivity.
