▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The equalizer has a coplanar waveguide arranged on a substrate that is provided with two absorption resistors and two transmission lines. The coplanar waveguide is connected with a coplanar waveguide signal line that is symmetrically arranged with a first coplanar waveguide ground line and a second coplanar waveguide ground. The first coplanar waveguide ground line is connected with the first absorption resistor. The second coplanar waveguide ground line is connected with the second absorption resistor. The first and the second absorption resistors are provided with a graphene film by applying control voltage to adjust resistor value size of the graphene film and realize reconstruction of equalization between curves. The substrate is made of gallium arsenide or silicon. USE - Microwave equalizer. ADVANTAGE - The equalizer adjusts size of a control resistor to realize on-line real- time conversion between different equalization curves by the absorption resistor for forming a reconfigurable structure to improve processing practicability.
