NOVELTY - The preparation method of boron-doped graphene involves heating sodium chloride-potassium chloride and boron carbide under argon atmosphere, immersing electrode in sodium chloride-potassium chloride molten salt, carrying out electrolysis, mixing boron-doped graphene formed during electrolysis with sodium chloride-potassium chloride molten salt, after electrolysis, pouring sodium chloride-potassium chloride molten salt into alumina crucible, cooling, adding distilled water and removing boron-doped graphene floating on solution. USE - Preparation of boron-doped graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of boron-doped graphene with excellent optical and electrical performance and increased stability by simple and economical process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The preparation method of boron-doped graphene involves (1) adding sodium chloride-potassium chloride and boron carbide into a three-direction electrode quartz glass vessel, sealing and transferring into vertical tube furnace, heating at 520-800 degrees C under argon atmosphere for 5-15 minutes, (2) immersing electrode in sodium chloride-potassium chloride molten salt, carrying out electrolysis at 700 degrees C for 30-60 minutes, mixing the boron-doped graphene formed during electrolysis with sodium chloride-potassium chloride molten salt, (3) after electrolysis, pouring the sodium chloride-potassium chloride molten salt into alumina crucible and cooling to room temperature, adding distilled water, stirring, removing the boron-doped graphene floating on the solution, adding into deionized water, changing water three times and drying.
