NOVELTY - Preparing heat conducting polyvinyl chloride involves adding the heat stabilizer, plasticizer into the polyvinyl chloride raw material to obtain the gelatinized polyvinyl chloride particles, carrying out surface treatment to thermally conductive filler with dispersant, obtaining active filler, adding the active filler into the gelatinized polyvinyl chloride particles, dispersing uniformly at 90-110℃ to obtain the functionalized polyvinyl chloride powder coated with active sheet filler on the surface, putting the functionalized polyvinyl chloride powder into the mold, hot pressing and forming. USE - Method for preparing heat conducting polyvinyl chloride. ADVANTAGE - The heat-conducting polyvinyl chloride prepared by the method ensures the integrity of the three-dimensional heat conducting network formed by the heat conducting filler, effectively promotes the forming of heat conducting path, the product heat conducting coefficient can be improved by 1-3 times. The method adopts the preparation method of direct hot pressing forming after mixing, cancelling double-screw pelleting process, obviously reducing energy consumption in the production process, raw material loss, artificial expenditure, device expenditure, which greatly saves the cost.
