NOVELTY - Growing iron-phosphate-lithium three-dimensional graphene involves dissolving iron source and phosphorus source in water, and mixing to obtain reaction solution, adding a lithium source and a doping element source to the reaction solution, grinding and mixing again; adding three-dimensional graphene to the primary grinding mixture, grinding and mixing for second time; secondary grinding mixture to hydrothermal reaction, grinding reaction product and mixing three times; adding the doping element source to the three times grinding mixture to obtain mixed slurry; spraying mixed slurry and granulating, and sintering particles under inert gas protective atmosphere, crushing sintered material and sieving. USE - The method is useful for in-situ growing ferric phosphate lithium three-dimensional graphene, which is useful in lithium ion battery anode (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method improves the conductivity of the growth material, the power density, and the cycle performance and low temperature performance of lithium phosphate lithium three-dimensional graphene.
