NOVELTY - Preparing lithium titanate electrode material comprises (i) mixing N-methylpyrrolidone and 1-2% polyvinylpyrrolidone, adding 3-5% graphene and stirring to obtain slurry A, (ii) adding zirconia particles, grinding at 150-250 revolutions/minute for 60-300 minutes, adding lithium titanate, mixing and stirring to obtain slurry B, where mass ratio of milled slurry A and lithium titanate is 5.5:4.5-6:4, and (iii) drying. USE - The method is useful for preparing lithium titanate electrode material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method improves battery capacity of 1-3% and discharge rate of 1-2%. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparation of lithium titanate electrode material according to the above mentioned method; (2) lithium titanate electrode slurry comprising lithium titanate electrode material, solvent and binder in a weight ratio of 38-48:100. The mass ratio of solvent and binder is 95-97:3-5; and (3) preparation of lithium titanate electrode slurry comprising (i) mixing solvent and binder using a double planetary mixer at a speed of 5-15 m/second, linear velocity of 15-25 m/second for 100-200 minutes to obtain mixed solution, and (ii) adding lithium titanate electrode material, and stirring at -0.07-0.095 MPa, speed of 5-15 m/second, linear velocity of 15-25 m/second for 100-300 minutes.
