▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Lightweight broadband electromagnetic shielding material comprises 2-15 pts. wt. ethylene-vinyl acetate rubber, functional filler, 10-30 pts. wt. reinforcing filler, 17-47 pts. wt. processing aid and processing auxiliary. The functional filler is a graphene-ferroferric oxide-barium titanate filler, and is prepared by chemical grafting from graphene, iron salt and barium hydroxide. USE - Lightweight broadband electromagnetic shielding material. ADVANTAGE - The lightweight broadband electromagnetic shielding material has good electromagnetic shielding effectiveness. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for producing lightweight broadband electromagnetic shielding material, which involves: (A) taking certain amount of ethylene vinyl acetate rubber and graphene ferroferric oxide-barium titanate filler and placing in a vacuum oven for drying at 80-100 degrees C for 10-12 hours to obtain the mixture; (B) weighing the obtained mixture and mixing with reinforcing filler, processing aids and graphene-ferroferric oxide-barium titanate filler and drying to obtain composite; (C) dispersing the obtained composite in a tetrahydrofuran solvent for 0.5-1 hour and transferring under ultrasonic dispersion to obtain a graphene-ferroferric oxide-barium titanate tetrahydrofuran dispersion; (D) dissolving the ethylene-vinyl acetate rubber in a tetrahydrofuran solvent, stirring by adding graphene-ferroferric oxide-barium titanate tetrahydrofuran dispersion to obtain a mixture A; (E) placing the obtained mixture A in a water bath heating at 80-90 degrees C for 12-24 hours, to obtain a dry contact surface sticky mixture B; (F) placing the obtained sticky mixture B into mill roll to 60-70 degrees C, for 5-10 minutes, and diluting 8-10 times to play triangular package to obtain graphene-ferroferric oxide-barium titanate ethylene/vinylacetate copolymers (EVM); and (G) vacuumizing the obtained graphene-ferroferric oxide-barium titanate/EVM rubber at 150-165 degrees C for 12-24 hours to obtain the desired product.
