NOVELTY - Regenerated SPH-pre-oriented yarns fiber comprises 60-80 pts. wt. polyester fiber core wire and 25-40 pts. wt. outer covering nylon fiber. The polyester fiber comprises 91-94 pts. wt. recycled polyester chips, 3-5 pts. wt. activated carbon, 2-5 pts. wt. softener and 1-2 pts. wt. antistatic powder. The antistatic powder includes 5-8 pts. wt. conductive metal powder, 1-3 pts. wt. graphene, 12-22 pts. wt. kaolin, 8-12 pts. wt. acrylic resin, 18-25 pts. wt. barium sulfate, and 20-25 pts. wt. carbon nanotube fibers. The nylon fiber comprises 90-94 pts. wt. nylon chips, 2-5 pts. wt. coupling agent, 2-3 pts. wt. titanium fluoride, 1-2 pts. wt. zirconium fluoride, and 2-3 pts. wt. antibacterial powder. The antibacterial powder comprises 40-55 pts. wt. silver-loaded zeolite, 15-20 pts. wt. mustard extract, 20-25 pts. wt. biguanide octyl acetate, 5-10 pts. wt. zinc oxide, and 3-8 pts. wt. sodium carbonate. USE - The regenerated SPH-pre-oriented yarns fiber is useful in wool, blanket, wool fabric, warm-keeping wool filler, silk fabric non-woven fabric, medical sanitary product and special work clothes.
