▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves placing animal heart in a sensor and administered candidate drug. Heart action potential changes are measured by the sensor. The candidate drug is selected according to the action potential changes. The sensor is provided with a reference electrode sensing element that is provided with a substrate. A source electrode and a drain electrode are connected with the substrate. The source electrode and the drain electrode are electrically provided with a graphene film that is formed on a base plate, where the base plate is a silicon piece. USE - Method for screening medicine in vitro. ADVANTAGE - The method enables increasing conductivity of graphite alkene in the sensor and improving efficiency. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a graphical illustration of a method for screening medicine in vitro.'(Drawing includes non-English language text)'
