▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - In situ polymerization of ethylene-vinyl acetate/graphene composite comprises e.g. (i) mixing graphene and alcohol solvent using mechanical dispersion to obtain graphene-alcohol solution, and (ii) adding vinyl acetate and initiating agent in graphene-alcohol solution, stirring, cooling, introducing resulting mixture into polymerization reactor maintaining system pressure, heating, polymerizing, cooling, drying and removing un-reacted monomers and solvent to obtain composite material. USE - The method is useful in in situ polymerization of ethylene-vinyl acetate/graphene composite (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: improves thermal conductivity, electrical conductivity and mechanical properties of composite; and has low cost. The method: is simple and suitable for industrial production; and has mild reaction condition. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - In situ polymerization of ethylene-vinyl acetate/graphene composite comprises (i) mixing graphene and alcohol solvent using mechanical dispersion to obtain graphene-alcohol solution, and (ii) adding vinyl acetate and initiating agent in graphene-alcohol solution, stirring, cooling using ice for 0.5-2 hours, introducing resulting mixture into polymerization reactor under anaerobic ethylene feeding conditions, maintaining system pressure of 3-7 MPa, heating at 60-80 degrees C, polymerizing for 2-10 hours, relieving pressure, taking out polymerization product, cooling, drying under vacuum and removing un-reacted monomers and solvent to obtain composite material.
