NOVELTY - Graphene natural rubber polymer sole composite foam material comprises 55-65 pts. wt. natural rubber, 21-28 pts. wt. butyl rubber, 8-12 pts. wt. butadiene rubber, 4-6 pts. wt. nano-medium, 4-5 pts. wt. phenylene ether silicon glycol, 2.5-3.5 pts. wt. hydroxy-terminated polydimethylsiloxane, 2-2.5 pts. wt. graphene, 1.5-2 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 2.5-3 pts. wt. stearic acid, 2-2.4 pts. wt. zinc stearate, 2-2.5 pts. wt. crosslinking agent, 1.8-2.2 pts. wt. foaming agent, and 4-5 pts. wt. lubricant. USE - The composite foam material is useful as sole material for the elderly. ADVANTAGE - The composite foam material has excellent anti-slip effect, high tensile strength, excellent mechanical properties, excellent durability, low density, and ultra lightness. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene natural rubber polymer sole composite foam material comprising (i) weighing raw materials of graphene natural rubber macromolecular sole composite foam material, (ii) feeding natural rubber into internal mixer and masticating under the condition of temperature 120-125 degrees C for 10-15 minutes, discharging, storing at room temperature for more than 48 hours, (iii) pouring raw material components except the cross-linking agent and blowing agent into the internal mixer for mixing, carrying out first material turning when temperature reaches the temperature of 100-105 degrees C, carrying out second turning when the temperature reaches 110-115 degrees C, and mixing for 7-10 minutes, (iv) heating at 120-125 degrees C for the third turning, adding crosslinking agent into the internal mixer to continue mixing for 4-6 minutes, and (v) adding foaming agent into the internal mixer to fully knead evenly, where mixing time is 7-9 minutes to obtain mixture, then foaming mixture by molding or injection.
