NOVELTY - Preparing high heat dissipation, conductivity and strength graphene polyurethane rigid closed-cell foam material comprises taking 1-5 wt.% chemical surface hydrophobically modified graphene nano sheets in the foam. USE - The high heat dissipation, conductivity and strength graphene polyurethane rigid closed-cell foam material is useful in technical fields e.g. sandwich composite materials, antistatic foam, and electromagnetic shielding foam. ADVANTAGE - The method: can reduce the surface tension of graphene, and quickly disperse and foam graphene polyurethane raw material; utilizes readily available raw materials; is economical and simple; and produces material with high compressive strength, shear strength and shear modulus excellent mechanical properties, thermal conductivity and electrical conductivity.
